Bespoke Process
Work with Natalie Black to create a bespoke piece of jewellery that reflects you. Natalie can turn your ideas into reality, custom making anything from engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings or pendants.
Let's get started!
Get in touch with Natalie via email outlining the piece of jewellery you are after. Make sure to include your budget, a rough timeline, who the piece is for, what metal you prefer and inspiration images. We work with Sterling Silver as well as Rose, White & Yellow gold in 9ct and 18ct. Natalie will guide you through the design process and provide direction when needed to ensure the final piece is exactly as you imagined.
This process can take place entirely via email or we may need to meet you face-to-face to select the perfect stone or to check your finger size. Natalie is based in Sydney and is always keen to grab a coffee or wine to discuss your bespoke order.
Once your design has been finalised, you will receive an invoice detailing your bespoke jewellery and quote. A 50% deposit is required before we start creating.
Natalie Black will then begin working her magic to craft your special piece. Our bespoke jewellery pieces are usually ready within 6 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. If you require an urgent turnaround, please discuss with Natalie during your initial conversation.
Once your piece is finished, we will make contact to arrange pick up or delivery. The final payment is due on completion and then you get to enjoy your beautiful bespoke jewellery for many years to come.
Natalie Black will endeavour to work within your budget and timeline where possible. Any adjustments to this will be discussed during the process to come up with an agreeable solution.
